Alfredo Sauce
1 Pint of Cream (1/2 & 1/2 or whipping cream)
1 stick of butter
Shredded Parmesan
1/4 tsp of Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Worcestershire
Don't boil, just thicken.
I use lots of parmesan cheese in mine. Buying a chunk and shredding your own makes it so much better, but in a rush, the can of cheese works fine.
