Chicken Stroganoff
1/2 Onion
Mushrooms (2 cups)
Thyme
Cook in pan with EVOO
Add 2 cups cooked cubed chicken
1/2 cup red wine
Let simmer
In bowl mix 1 cup chicken stock with corn starch and add to stroganoff
On the side cook egg noodles
