1 lb. Ground Beef

1 Large Clove Garlic

1/2 Medium Onion

3-4 Jalapeno's (you decide how many)

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Chili Powder

1 Egg

1 cup Bread Crumbs

1 tsp Pepper

2 tsp Worchestershire Sauce

3-4 dashes Tobasco Sauce

1/2 tsp Liquid Smoke

 

Mix and make into patties, meatloaf or meatballs.

 

Meatloaf 40 - 45 minutes @ 350

 

Meatballs 30 minutes @ 350
