2- lbs. hamburger
4- cans Campbell's Pork & Beans, reg. size
1- big can tomato juice
1- can Rotel tomatoes
1- pack Williams chili seasoning (Tex-Mex for spicier)
1- whole onion chopped
This is my base for Chili. Chili is the only reason for Winter. I do use a crock pot. This makes a LARGE pot FULL of Chili and it freezes well. I sometimes add a can of regular diced tomatoes - I like more tomatoes than beans.
