Asian Grilled Pork

4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh lemongrass
2 shallots, finely chopped
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
3 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, plus more for brushing
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
4 Pork Chops of choice

Mix all the above ingrediants, and use to marinade your favorite type of pork chops, loin, or tendloin. I usually marinade for 4 hours or so.

Grill on low heat, so the marinade doesn't burn. I perfer to use my Traeger, on 300 degrees for about 45 minutes, depending on size and cut of meat. Inspired by foodnetwork.com.
