Cheese Hash Browns
1 pkg. Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
8 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
3/4 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Butter, melted
2 Tbsp Onion, chopped (I use minced onions)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Thoroughly combine all ingredients except the hash browns
3. Place hash browns in a greased 2 quart baking dish.
4. Add mixture to hash browns and stir until well mixed.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
Variations:
Use any variety of Cream Soup
Add 1 clove of Garlic, minced
Add a topping:
2 cups cornflakes
1/2 c Margarine, melted
Mix together and sprinkle over casserole. Bake according to directions.
Or add more cheese on the top when it is almost done!
