Hamburger Steak

1lb. extra-lean ground beef
3/4 pkg. STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1-1/2 cups water, divided
Dried Minced Onions, to taste
1/2 bag of Frozen Onion/Mushroom mix (I used Schwans)
1/2 cup of your favorite Barbecue Sauce


HEAT oven to 375ºF.

MIX meat, stuffing mix, about 1 cup water and minced onions until well blended. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) oval patties. Place on a baking rack or broiler pan.

BAKE 25 min. or until done (160°F). Meanwhile, cook onion/mushrooms in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in barbecue sauce and remaining water; simmer on low heat 1 to 2 min. or until heated through. Serve hamburger steaks patties topped with sauce and a healthy vegetable mix.
