Pineapple Pie
From a Friend....
I use the pre-made pie crust.. and roll them out to make them thinner... Then fill with the following:
Pineapple Pie Filling
1 large can and 1 small can of crushed pineapple.. juice and all
2 Heaping TBS. flour
1 cup sugar
Mix all this together and sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon into the mixture. Pour into pie shell.. dot with butter or margarine about 2 TBS .. put top crust on pie.
Bake: for 425 degree for 30 minutes then lower to 375 degree for 30 minutes more... Enjoy.. POST COMMENT
