Pumpkin Crunch
Topping:
1 box Betty Crocker Butter Pecan Cake Mix (may use Yellow)
1 ½ sticks melted margarine
Filling:
1 can Pumpkin
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
¾ cup milk
1 t. of ginger, cloves
1 T. of nutmeg
2 T. cinnamon
1 t. vanilla
Mix until smooth
Place filling ingredients in sprayed (Pam) 9 X 13 pan. Top with dry cake mix. Pour melted margarine over top completely covering cake mix. Make top with pecans or walnuts and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until pumpkin filling is set.
